In this 75 minute workshop led by eating disorder therapist & yoga teacher Emma Carhart, we will use breath work, reflective journaling, and discussion to examine and strengthen our relationship with our bodies. By sitting more confidently in our physical selves we will cultivate a deeper sense of power and presence.
Please bring a journal or paper to write on. This workshop is paired with 22 minute Changing Perspective meditation session.
