Led by therapist and yoga instructor Emma Carhart, this workshop will explore the psychology of making sustainable change in the new year. Together, we will use the energy of the collective to set intentions we can stick with while creating space for what we want to invite into our lives. Simultaneously, we'll release the stagnant, unneeded energy that keeps us from living to our fullest potential.
