Curious about how your breath works? Our breath is one of the only autonomic functions we are able to control. Focusing on the breath is a call to presence. When we live in the present moment with each breath, we have the ability alter our physical state.

During this workshop, pranayama breathing teacher and yoga instructor, Jamie Lugo, will guide you through stages of breathwork. Through observation, exploration, subtle manipulation and relaxation you will experience the art of breathing followed by a chance to practice your technique in our 35 minute Breathwork Session: Heightened State.
