Join us every Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon for a relaxation session in the Alcove accompanied by the calming benefits of CBD. CBD has been known to relieve anxious or unsettled feelings, extend relaxation and create a prolonged feeling of calm after the relaxation session.

To add CBD oil to your session choose oil and add it in your cart at checkout or sign up on your regular package and tell studio staff at check in to purchase the oil session enhancement.

Mindful Sex

An evening dedicated to sex education that’s not taught in schools. Join sexual wellness coach Bibi Brzozka as she shifts your perception of sexuality with her signature talk on Energetic Lovemaking that incorporates mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness during sex and intimacy allows people to use sexuality not just for pleasure and procreation, but also for reaching higher states of pleasure. You will understand peak experiences of love, learn how to increase bliss, build oneness, and restore and rejuvenate your relationship with yourself and others. This talk is suitable for all sexual orientations and gender identifications. A meditation will follow.

$50 per person. 10% discount for studio members.

Bibi Brzozka is co-founder of LoveAcademy, sexual wellness coach, tantra facilitator, and conscious-living specialist. Bibi combines is the Wellness Director at Nomade Hotel in Tulum and inspires mindfulness and awareness in sex, love, and spirituality.
