Studio Team

The Studio Team role is aimed at candidates who wish to be involved in all areas of Inscape. The role involves welcoming and engaging studio guests, facilitating meditation sessions, maintaining a clean and orderly space, selling products and services, and making sure the studio is a friendly, engaging environment for anyone who enters.

Enthusiasm, excellent customer service, strong retail experience, and flexibility are key. The ideal candidate loves being involved with customers, is a thoughtful and energetic team player with a positive attitude, and takes initiative to ensure the studio runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meditation & relaxation sessions: This includes creating a welcoming space for all guests, hosting the session, demonstrating movement & breathing exercises, maintaining a calm environment and offering guidance and support for a guest’s mediation practice.
  • Front of house: Welcome and check guests into sessions, overseeing all guest accounts, notes, purchases, etc.
  • Uphold impeccable customer services standards; anticipating guests needs and going above and beyond to deliver.
  • Drive sales of products and services in alignment with company sales goals. Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing and actively promote to all visitors.
  • Take active ownership of the space. Maintain a pristine and welcoming studio aesthetic: clean and organize common areas, studio rooms, and restrooms.

Requirements:

  • Strong daily meditation practice, interest in promoting health and wellness, any teaching experience will be a plus.
  • Boutique fitness/ yoga studio and/or retail experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience resolving employee and/or customer conflicts in a positive, professional and timely manner.
  • Ability to represent all facets of the company and contribute to a sense of team camaraderie and inspiration.
  • Critical eye to maintain high aesthetic standards.
  • Strong team player who demonstrates flexibility, punctuality and can respond quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient knowledge on how to use MindBodyOnline is a plus.

Manager, Marketing & Partnerships

We’re hiring a Manager, Marketing and Partnerships to lead the growth of our brand for our studio and app businesses. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing relationships with brands and agencies and will be responsible for driving sales by developing partnerships and marketing programs. This role will be responsible for building out marketing, partnerships and event sales strategy, roadmap, and brand synergies.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage relationships and contacts to develop partnerships with Fortune 1000 brands for corporate wellness programs, private event sales, partnerships and co-marketing.
  • Spearhead corporate wellness program creation - create collateral, conceptualize pitch angles, compile targets, execute outreach; goal: companies book monthly/bi-monthly events for employees
  • Work with management to develop and meet quarterly revenue targets across studio, retail, and app.
  • Manage calendar of weekly and monthly educational, guest appreciation and lead generating events with outside speakers, brand partners and existing vendors.
  • Ensure partner retention through deep understanding of their needs and supporting them by collaborating with the studio operations and product development teams.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promotions.
  • Develop localized partnerships with complementary wellness and lifestyle brands to co-market / drive new acquisition.
  • Partner with Head of Studio and buyer to disseminate product knowledge to sales team; negotiate buying terms and co-op marketing, so as to grow retail revenue; align retail promotions with overall marketing calendar.
  • Manage the development of creative assets for sales collateral, pitch decks, etc.
  • Track and maintain budgets, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop comprehensive reporting on marketing and sales growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in a marketing and/or partnerships role ideally at a recognized wellness brand, agency, consumer business, startup, or hospitality company.
  • Relationships with decision makers at leading brands across a multitude of industries.
  • Background in business development, corporate partnership management.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and analytics platforms like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing productivity, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and a genuine desire to learn new skills.
  • Love for all things marketing and wellness; you continuously pursue knowledge and stay on top of trends.
  • Experience in the lifestyle or wellness space a huge plus, but not required.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
